I want to make it clear that this blog is not a “How To” blog. It is just a blog by an amateur documenting his first attempt at restoring a car. None of the resotation tasks that I document here are to be interpreted as the recommended way to perform the subject task. I just do things the best I can with the tools that I have. As a matter of fact, many of the tools that I use are home made, or modified, or simply not the correct tool for the job. I make mistakes, and most of the handyman or building projects I have performed over the years have some of my blood in them — literally.
